Delete Your Account

Deleting your account is permanent. Your virtual portfolio, trades,
watchlist, challenge history, achievements, and quiz progress cannot be recovered.
Option 1 · In the app
Delete directly from the app (instant)
- Open Paper Trading League and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Email accounts re-enter their password; Google accounts may be asked to sign in again for security.
Your Firebase Auth account and all game data are deleted immediately.
Option 2 · By email
Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email us at
ishan47.kashyap@gmail.com
from the address linked to your account, with the subject
“Delete my Paper Trading League account”.
We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Account: your Firebase Auth sign-in (email or Google).
- Game data: virtual portfolio, trades, watchlist, challenge history, achievements, quiz progress, and in-app notifications.
- Leaderboards: your entries are removed from challenge leaderboards.
- Device tokens: push-notification tokens tied to your account.
What may be retained
Residual analytics or advertising logs held by Google (Firebase, AdMob) are subject to
Google’s own retention policies and are not linked to your deleted account.
No other data is kept.
